We are delighted to present a live wellbeing webinar for school students and young people on Monday, 8 March 2021.
Taking place from 11.30am until 12.15pm on the day, this webinar aims to better understand and explore wellbeing practices and mental health tips, especially for school students and young people.
Grace Tutty, Occupational Therapist with St Patrick's Mental Health Services, will lead the webinar, looking at topics such as:
- what self-care is
- what activities are helpful for self-care
- how social media impacts on self-care
- self-care while living with COVID-19.
The webinar is suitable for primary school children in fifth and sixth classes, and all secondary school students. To ensure consent and permissions, teachers are asked to register on behalf of students who wish to attend. Links to join the event will be emailed in advance to those who register.
Please note that tickets are currently sold out. If you have any queries, please contact our Project Manager, Amanda McArdle, by emailing info@walkinmyshoes.ie.
