For most of us, concerns and uncertainty about the COVID-19 coronavirus can be psychologically and emotionally consuming - and this is true for our children and teenagers also, who will not have experienced anything like this before. While part of growing up involves coming to terms with uncertainty around health and mortality, this outbreak and the massive media focus on it presents a challenging learning process for many of our young people..
In this video series, Paul Gilligan, clinical psychologist and Chief Executive Officer of St Patrick's Mental Health Services, takes us through some advice and tips for minding the mental health of children and young people at this time.
